Elon Musk’s Twitter To Reportedly Launch "Twitter Coin"
They have speculated that Elon Musk is developing monetization tools and a "Twitter Coin," though the connection to Dogecoin (DOGE) is still unclear.
According to reports, Twitter is developing a cryptocurrency called “Twitter Coin” and other monetization features. The “Coins” option, which was previously only accessible through the app's secret “Tips” settings, was recently tweeted about by app researchers Nima Owji and Jane Manchun Wong.
Elon Musk had previously alluded to using Dogecoin (DOGE) for Twitter payments.

Whether or not Twitter Coin will be based on Dogecoin or another cryptocurrency is unknown. The news caused a nearly six percent increase in the price of Dogecoin, which caused its value to peak at $0.111.
The steps for activating the feature and verifying the changes were also disclosed by Jane Manchun Wong. Neither “Twitter Tips” nor “Twitter Coin” are defined in the code, nor is it clear whether they connect to Musk's favorite meme coin, DOGE.
"No indications in the code as to what "Twitter tips" and "Twitter coin" even are, not to mention whether it’s related to doge coins."
