Twitter: 13.600 followers they also have a second Twitter account where they share updates on their ecosystem. Something I haven’t seen before and seeing they “only” have 13k followers on their own Twitter account and 3k on the updates accounts it would be better to start merged and split when you grow bigger.

Discord: 10.214 members not a bad number for a gaming / discord community and it actually makes me feel the Twitter following is genuine also.

That is not a very good sign but most mediums don’t attract a lot of people anyway, they could also give these updates / articles directly on their website.

Disadvantage as a free to play player versus paid?

It looks like the goal with Mighty Action Heroes is to create an enjoyable gaming experience for both free-to-play and paying players, while fostering a healthy ecosystem where players with different goals can interact and thrive. To achieve this, we offer both NFT and non-NFT rewards within the overall asset ecosystem of the game.

Players who choose to play for free can participate in the same ranked gameplay and missions as those who own NFT Heroes and equipment. They can play ranked matches and climb the leaderboards, earn the chance to obtain on-chain rewards by ranking highly at the end of a season, collect and earn Novice Heroes and Novice Perks, and craft Perks to optimize their load-outs. Highly-skilled players may also be invited to special tournaments with on-chain rewards.

For players who decide to spend on the game, they can obtain all other rewards that an off-chain player can earn, as well as have a higher chance to obtain on-chain rewards by ranking highly at the end of a season. They can also send their Heroes on passive Missions to earn on-chain crafting materials, which they can then use to craft and repair valuable NFTs. Additionally, they can claim rare NFTs as they progress through the premium battle pass.

This is always a very good one for me, ive seen it only in a few web3 gaming projects where they actually share their vision and I actually align 100% with their vision.

Mighty Bear believes that web3 games should be fun, first and foremost. Unfortunately, many current web3 games are dull, unrewarding, and require a high level of technical knowledge to play. This has led to a perception that web3 games are only for the crypto-savvy, when they should be accessible to all gamers.

Closing thoughts:

The goal and vision of their game is very clear and they stay true to what games should be about and this is about having fun! When you try this game this is actually true, I can’t say that it isn’t fun and I will try the game again in a few months to see how they develop. The only worrying part is actually the low amount of community members something you see a lot more with web3 games that there aren’t many people playing it. It also doesn’t help that they didn’t provide any updates on their medium anymore since December 2022. Overall I would recommend this game and hope they put more time and resources into the development and promotion of the game.
